When I meditate, I find myself lying in the center of a vast cavern — the inner landscape of my mind. The space is completely empty, yet it feels alive. Around me, triangular pillars rise and bloom like the petals of a tulip, enclosing me in a protective embrace. They block out all other distractions, sealing me within this sacred chamber.
This cavern is more than a visual — it’s a symbol of the subconscious, a sanctuary where the truest parts of myself reside. Its emptiness isn’t a void, but a canvas of peace and potential, untouched by the noise of the outside world.
The walls are rough stone, ancient and grounding. Running through them are electric-blue, root-like flashes — living currents of energy. Water flows gently down the rock, sparkling as it moves, its shimmer dancing in contrast to the electric roots.
These elements speak to the foundation of inner resilience. The stone walls represent stability and strength, while the glowing roots symbolize the flow of life force — energy that nourishes and connects. The water, ever-moving and luminous, reflects emotional cleansing and renewal, a gentle release of what no longer serves.
From behind me, the roots reach out, connecting to my body. I feel them pulling away negativity, replacing it with pure energy. At the front of my body, seven circles glow in different colors — my energy centers. Each one is linked to a beam of radiant white light streaming through the opening at the top of the tulip-shaped pillars. This light feels infinite, pouring down from above.
Here, the imagery deepens into spiritual symbolism. The roots drawing out negativity represent emotional detoxification, while the seven glowing circles — the chakras — reflect the alignment of body, mind, and spirit. The white light pouring in is divine clarity, a stream of universal consciousness flowing into each energy center, illuminating and restoring.
My entire body is wrapped in a white aura, a cocoon of light. At the very top of this aura, golden glitter sparkles, so bright it illuminates the entire cavern. The gold concentrates at my crown, shimmering and swirling, yet it also fills the whole space, like the cavern itself is breathing with me.
This final vision is one of transcendence. The white aura symbolizes purity and protection, a sacred space of healing. The golden glitter at the crown chakra is the embodiment of spiritual awakening — wisdom, illumination, and connection to something higher. As it fills the cavern, it suggests that the entire mind is becoming a vessel of light, breathing in harmony with the universe.
This meditation is not just a moment of stillness — it’s a transformative journey inward. It’s the experience of being cleansed, restored, and reconnected to a higher source, while safely held within the deepest part of oneself. It invites each of us to explore our own inner sanctuary, to trust the symbols that arise, and to embrace the healing that comes from within.
